Last weekend was amazing. It all started off with something that I’ve been waiting 9 long months for: U of M football. And I celebrated by drinking my favorite beer from a brewery that’s in my city.
Then, we yelled at Denard together. (Sorry all you Denard lovers, I haaaaaaaate him, always have, and think he’s an embarrassment to Big 10 Football.)
The next day, I was able to finish cleaning, and rewarded myself with a pumpkin beer during Vivien’s nap time (Which actually ended up being kind of nasty- I much prefer the Blue Moon Pumpkin Ale.)
Vivien is teething somethin’ fierce, so her finger is always in her mouth. She popped out another tooth the other day (making the grand total of 7 teeth) and she is trying to get the other side out to match. Hence the teething necklace.
After her doctor’s appointment, we came home and had lunch, which consisted of Annie’s Organic Easy Mac and Cheese, watermelon, and some chicken.
Finally, on Wednesday night, Eli went to Starbucks and bought me my first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season. I may, or may not, still have the cup on the end table that I occasionally will sniff and sigh deeply.
Happy Friday to you, my friends!
Have you entered my give-away yet? It will close Sunday night.

How can she chew on her necklace when she can’t even get to it? hahaha
Okay, tell me about this pumpkin beer. I love all things pumpkin, but I tried pumpkin beer before and it did not taste like pumpkin. Is it supposed to? Did I just get a crappy kind? Are they all dark beers? I’m really a light beer only kind of gal. But I really feel like I’m missing out on something pumpkiny, and that’s never a good thing
And seriously – that baby is too stinking cute. Like it should be illegal to be that cute. She could kill someone and no one would care, if she flashed them that grin.
Beer, babies and Starbucks – some of my favorite things! Glad I found your blog
