Meet Megan (that’s me!)
I was born and raised in Southern California, (though I did live in Michigan for 9 years as well) and am a former Aquatic Specialist turned stay at home mom. I am a reality TV addict, and have a hidden penance for trashy romance novels. I am also a diehard University of Michigan football fan, even if they suck. I am also having fun exploring a new state: Colorado.
I love learning photography and editing skills, cooking, and a good bottle of wine. Writing for Daily Mom, and chasing after my happy toddler keep me a busy Mommy, but I wouldn’t change it for anything in the world.
Meet Eli:
Eli and I met 6 years ago while he was in the Navy stationed in San Diego. Ironically enough, we met in a country bar, however, he strongly despises country music. Eli loves electronics and programming, and his new wood-working hobby. He is an avid Denver Broncos football guy, and bleeds orange and blue. He is the most amazing Daddy in the world, and bends over backwards for us on a daily basis.
Meet Vivien:
Vivien is our precious daughter. She loves running around and waving, and having impromptu dance parties by herself. She has such a laid back and sweet personality, and makes her Mommy and Daddy count their blessings on a daily basis.
Meet the mutts (Pixie and Puck):
Puck is on the left, and he loves hanging out with Vivien, and being a relaxed shadow to either his Mom or Dad. He is such a good guy, and has the best heart. He was rescued from the Davis County SPCA.
Pixie is on the right, and she was rescued from the Milpitas Humane Society. She loves causing mayhem, “talking” to humans, and sitting in laps. She has a sweet heart, and is always the life of any party with her odd looks and funny temperament.
